Cold chain and pharma

A temperature record for every load, and an alert before it spoils.

Who buys it: food and pharma distributors, reefer fleets and cold chain logistics providers.

Questions

Cold chain and pharma: common questions

How quickly am I alerted about a temperature excursion?

The Temperature out of range rule fires when a sensor stays outside its range for one minute, and escalation steps notify the next person if nobody acknowledges it.

Can I give the client a temperature record?

Yes. Reports show the temperature for each trip and can be exported to Excel, PDF or CSV, or scheduled to arrive automatically.

Does it work with several compartments?

Yes. Each sensor is set up separately, so multi-compartment reefers report and alert per compartment.
