Last-mile and courier
Customers follow their delivery, and dispatch sees every missed stop.
Who buys it: courier companies, e-commerce delivery fleets and city distribution operators.
Customers phone the dispatcher to ask where their parcel is, and missed or late stops are only discovered when someone complains.

Questions
Last-mile and courier: common questions
Can my customers see where their delivery is?
Yes. Send a shared location link and the customer sees the vehicle live on a map until the link expires.
How are missed stops detected?
Routes have checkpoints. Zarokaa records when each is reached or left and raises Checkpoint missed when a stop is skipped.
Do I need hardware in every vehicle?
Any supported tracker works. Where a vehicle has no tracker, the Zarokaa mobile app can report location from a phone.
